Returning purchased products
For any reason, the Customer can return the product purchased within 14 days of receiving the product.
The Customer can return the product to obtain a refund of the amount paid.
Returns of purchased products are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
HOW TO WITHDRAW
To notify PMDS of their decision to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must log in to their account, enter their login details, and select the order and items to be returned.
After the Customer has sent the form, he will receive an email with PMDS confirms receipt of your request.
If the Customer placed the order as a guest , it is necessary to express their desire to withdraw by writing an email to info@pmdsofficial.com

For Italy, shipping the same item in a different size is free (return shipping is always paid by the customer). If you exchange the same item for a second time, you will need to pay shipping again.
It is not possible to exchange your order for a different item; a refund will be issued first.
THE CONDITIONS TO BE RESPECTED
The Customer must ensure that the products he intends to return comply with the following conditions:
- They must not have been used, washed, or damaged. Swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your own underwear.
- The Customer must return the products in the same condition in which they were received, including original labels, packaging and accessories (dust bags, garment covers, hangers, etc.).
- Shoes and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole external packaging.
- The products must not have any odor that could prevent their subsequent sale (smoke, perfume, detergents, etc.)
- Returned products must not be folded during transport; packaging that is too small can cause rapid deterioration. Ensure the products are properly laid out.
Once PMDS receives the product, it will inspect it and verify that the Customer has complied with all these conditions. In the event that one or more conditions are not met, PMDS reserves the right to charge part or all of the value of the goods returned by the Customer, which will be withheld from the refund.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
The customer is responsible for any duties required to return the products. Therefore, PMDS will deduct the shipping costs and any duties from the refund due to the customer.
Authorized returns must be shipped from the same country the order was originally shipped to. PMDS reserves the right not to accept returns in the event that the Customer entrusts the shipment to a courier other than the one indicated and in the event that the delivery involves additional costs for PMDS or request collection at a courier branch.
HOW THE REFUND IS MADE
PMDS will refund the amount spent on the purchase, excluding any shipping costs incurred when purchasing the product, provided that the return conditions above are met.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method the Customer chose during the purchase process, unless a different request is made to create a discount voucher for the same amount.
The time it takes for the refund to be credited to the Customer's current account may vary depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used by the Customer.
