Shipping your package

Each order can take up to 2 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) to process before being shipped and delivered within 24/72 hours*.

* We cannot indicate a delivery time slot to the courier, who organizes shipments at their own discretion.

Shipping is free in Italy for orders over €150.

Whichever shipping method you choose, we'll provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and postage. If purchasing multiple products, we recommend grouping them into a single order so you only pay shipping costs once.

The courier will make one or two delivery attempts, then leave the package at a collection point (if you are unable to receive it, you can also choose this option immediately). After that, the package will be returned to us and a new shipment will be paid for.

Shipping of the same item in a different size is free. If you exchange it for a second time, you will need to pay shipping again.
