How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (with a €5 surcharge).
You can also pay in installments with either Klarna or PayPal.
When will I receive my order?
We'll work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once it ships, you'll receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I make a return?
Of course, you can return all products within 14 days of receiving them. The customer is responsible for the return. We guarantee a refund on all orders (excluding cash on delivery charges).
Where are your products made?
Our products are made entirely in Italy.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location. You'll always see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €150.
